Will You Do

  • Collaborate with functional and architecture team to establish technical design and perform development and/or configurations
  • Perform internal tests, and facilitate test arrangement with the business unit
  • Liaise with IT Infrastructure and third party support team to ensure system availability and stability
  • Review, assess, and implement Software Version upgrade & patch according to IT policy and procedures
  • Monitor, maintain, and provide Technical PAC systems support
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture team and IT InfrastructureTeam to develop detailed IT architecture plans and technology roadmap

What Will You Need

  • At least 3+ years of experience in implementing/maintaining HR System, especially Workday (integrations, data migration, reporting and access role, etc)
  • Experience in managing and supporting technical implementation with a strong ability to work with related organizations within IT, business, and project support teams
  • Knowledge of application Interface, Reporting & Dashboard, Security, Access, Enterprise Change Management Process, Audits, Application security & data privacy reviews
  • Understanding of HR functional & Workday functionality expertise with ability to contribute effectively in design discussions considering long term support.
  • Understanding of IT Application Development principles (SDLC) & architectures with proven experience in supporting Agile PI events, sprints, and the release management processes.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills and proven track record of successful engagement with Agilent businesses and functions
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to deliver in a fast-paced, results driven environment
